Financial Aid
We at Qalam believe that finances should never hinder someone from learning their deen. Upon admission into the Qalam Seminary or Alimiyyah program, any accepted student may apply for this. Once we receive your application, the finance team will assess your application after which the Registrar's office will contact you with your award information.
The Nasar scholarship in the name of Hajara Nasar is for our female alimiyyah students (Years 3-5). This scholarship will be awarded in her name to two female students selected based on their eligibility of the terms and conditions. They will receive up to $2,000 in the form of an educational scholarship for the Qalam Seminary. Recipients of this scholarship may only use this to pay tuition and mandatory fees for the academic year in which the scholarship was awarded.

The Noor Scholarship is a scholarship award for our alimiyyah students in the fourth and fifth year of the Qalam Alimiyah program. This scholarship will be awarded to one female student selected based on her eligibility of the terms and conditions. She will receive up to $2,000 in the form of an educational scholarship for the Qalam Seminary.
This scholarship is for all of our students on behalf of Dr. Mohammed Zahirul Hassan. This scholarship will be awarded to a maximum of two students selected based on their eligibility of the terms and conditions. Each student will receive up to $1,000 in the form of an educational scholarship for the Qalam Seminary. Recipients of this scholarship may only use this to pay tuition and mandatory fees for the academic year in which the scholarship was awarded by the Hassan family.
